About Pet Pals of Atascocita

Larry and Pat have been in business for a little over 7 years. Pat is a retired educator and Larry currently works as an A-C technician for Houston ISD. They have 6 adult children and 9 grandchildren—and 2 cats and a Morkie that refused to get in this picture! Pat and Larry have been married for 20 years and live in Atascocita Trails.

Courtney with Ryan, Kelby, and Missy

This lovely lady is our daughter Courtney Mitchell with her boys Kelby and Ryan…and my 15-year-old Morkie, Missy! She helps part-time when she is not busy being a bookkeeper, a realtor or a mom to Kelby and Ryan. Courtney lives with her 2 sons, 4 dogs, and 2 horses in Huffman near the Commons.

Tracy Bidwell has been working part-time with Pet Pals for 3 years. She was one of our first clients until her sweet Beagle Kamper passed away. Tracy also works as an IT teacher at Summerwood Elementary and lives in Eagle Springs. Tracy loves to get in her “cuddle time with the pets!”

Elaine Johnson also joined us from the Houston Pet Concierge. Elaine has been with Pet Pals for a little over 2 years and works full time as a sitter taking care of daily calls as well as weekends and holidays. She lives with her husband and several pets in the Timberwood subdivision. Elaine is very upbeat and enthusiastic about all the pets in her care. She mainly services Fall Creek, Park Lakes, Humble, parts of Atascocita, and Eagle Springs.

Tommy Sumpter joined us from the Houston Pet Concierge. Tommy has been with Pet Pals for a little over 2 years. He has a full time job at Stewart Title in the Galleria, but he is available for pet sitting weeknights and weekends. Tommy lives in Summerwood with his 2 dachshunds. He works in the Atascocita, Summerwood, and Fall Creek areas. Clients have been very receptive to having a male pet sitter, and are pleased to know he has been Pet First Aid and CPR certified.
